4. 'Recommended' Club Roles Resource


Please find the Clwb Cymru 'Recommended Roles' document, which outlines and details some of the roles helpful to consider having in place - which some already are, for BTM United FC to still be able to function.

This document includes 'Typical Tasks' for each role, and the likely 'Useful Skills' for a person to possess to apply for and carry out the role;

  • Groundskeeper (Not required being we train and play on CCBC serviced pitches)
  • Volunteer Co-Ordinator (Quite possibly assistive to the club mid-long term)
  • Coaching Co-Ordinator (Maybe assistive to the club mid-long term)
  • Fixtures Secretary / Co-Ordinator (This is where we believe one from Mini's Group, and Junior's Group, who would assist the main registered Club Secretary)
  • Accreditation Officer
  • Social Media, Marketing and Communications Co-Ordinator (Rob Stones currently does this as part of maintaining the club's website and Club/Manager Apps)
